MotorcycleHelmet
Are motorcycle helmets made in the UK okay to buy and wear in the US?
I am looking at buying a motorcycle helmet made by Oxford Products in the UK. Specifically the Superman Box helmet. I don’t know if the helmet is DOT approved and I cant find anything on their website saying that it is or is not. Can anyone shed some light on this situation for me. Thanks

i wouldn’t risk it. you can get many dot/snell approved helmets for under $80.
You should be fine.Helmets made in the UK have the same standards as we have.If it was made in China who knows it might even be made of toxic materials.
